I would say that 90-99% of women I see who look like her in real life are with other overweight/obese , middle aged men or single. Even most of the attractive middle aged and older men (45+) are with attractive slim middle aged (typically blonde) women.

I don't know about sex. My personal guess is that they just match with a high value man and probably have cyber sex on some low end dating app, but I doubt it goes far beyond that.
