6'1 1/2/187cm and 147-150 lbs/67-68 kg
I dont workout at the moment but used to before. I dont want to bulk cuz my wider skull becomes subhuman easily. Would muscle memory help me look better and if so how long would it take.
Im skinny at the moment, but does not look bad shirtless imo. I dont want to become too skinny either, but im not satisfied with my leanness (especially in the face)
I have visible abs, but not too cut/defined
My body has the same definition like the 15 one in pic below:
How much difference would losing 5 lbs/2 kg's make in my appearance?
And how much would i need to lose to get to around 10% mark. Would working out keep me from becoming too skinny?
