I’m currently 138.8 lbs 18% ish bodyfat. I know i’m still fat jfl. I don’t really have abs. My question is, when hopping on test, should I be maintaining or cutting? The reason for mantaining is because it would work better than cutting for muscle growth. Obviously bulking works best.
