Basic Stretching for height improvement

I've heard that stretching during puberty can increase your maximum height, currently 6'2 at 16 and want to get to 6'4, but my dad is 6'2 aswell (xrays say my growth plates are not closed). What kind of stretching should i do, if anything, is it just cope?

Dead hangs help carry more nutrients to your spine, combine that with a great diet and you'll grow. Also take part in a lot of physical activity (not gym)

at this point i'll start believing in tales in order to believe ill grow taller lol

what physical activity other than gym? Does sprints work

FOR THE RECORD THIS WORKED!!!

I STRETCH EVERY 12HRS AND IM 6'3

massi jumps and labubu funk diet but im not sure i just saw them on tiktok
