Basics for Teens (TEENCELS, ASPIES GTFIH)

mewing is cope and there is no scientific evidence that proves it works, BUT I personally do it anyways in the slight hope that it actually might work one day. honestly, the only thing you can really do as a teen is eat well and train, and maybe that will end up making you slighty taller. Things that will actually work though like roidmaxxing, and surgerymaxxing are either too expensive for a teen or carry health risks that you will have to deal with if you do them

5 bananas is so much sugar and starch you'll just end up bloating yourself from the amount of carbs. Teenagers shouldn't be drinking coffee because it has a half life of 12 hours and disturbs your sleep. All of this advice is retarded and doesn't work.
