not understanding the human body. imagine your chin is fucked up but youre too bluepilled to realize that, you look at the mirror and see an ugly motherfucker, what you gonna do? you would look for something to blame, something common, like...your nose. yeah it has to be the nose, it's ain't right and i know that people always say the nose is important (it's in the middle of the fucking face after all) but even after a surgery nothing really happens and youre still an ugly motherfucker, so now youre still upset, why is that? because you sick in the head? i mean, you wanted to fix your nose, it's done. and you still complaining? you need psychiatric help!
That's that in a nutshell. they'll look for things to blame because they can't pinpoint the problem, and to the outsiders the X looks fine, so you must be sick. it's really a vicious cycle because it's bring frustration, people calling you out but you just KNOW that something is wrong. it's like someone tapping you on the back but once you take a look he's turning to the other side, you never identify him but he's right there, always.
sad shit. I'm not saying that there aren't people with BDD in the world, there has to be. people get crazy about anything, but most people with ''BDD'' are just 'aware'.
