If you have your whole midface recessed you should reconsider your Lefort 1 surgery

These all guys had problems with their midface and all of them have coped with Lefort 1:

So what went wrong with these guys and how you can avoid this to happen to you?

So a couple of things to avoid this would be:
1. Avoiding bluepilled surgeons who does surgeries for health issues only (sleep apnea for ex.)and wouldnt give a shit about ur PSL status and ur incel community

2. Speak ALOT with ur surgeon about how you would like your surgery to go. Basically go super aspie with him and show him those guys and ask him not to make you like them (could work tbh)

3. Choose right your surgery

This girl instead of doing just lefort 1
She did lefort 1+lefort 3+ bsso

Now im not saying that everybody should do a lefort 3 if their midface is like a friyng pan
But you can combine lefort with bsso, implant orbital rim and some custom zygos to avoid the negroid chimp looking




Please come up with more ideas on how can we avoid spending 20k $ just to look like a fucking chimp

Its odd, some results turn out chimp-like, others turn out aesthetic. I think its to do with where exactly they cut on the maxilla, and it can be avoided quite simply.

You need to find a surgeon with results you like (no chipmunk cheek afters) and explain you want the same thing, lean cheeks not chimp cheeks.

Lefort 1 is only good for underbite and gummy smile why tf should you do that for aesthetics or recession when you can do Bimax+Genio+Infraorbital Implant OR Lefort 3

Chimp lip is highly mitigated with CCW-r. It mostly occurs with straight linear advancements, even modest advancements of 5 mm or so on clearly recessed patients (flat nasiolabial angle).

There are 2 reasons CCW-r mitigate against chimp lip.

1) you get more mandible movement per unit of maxilla movement cause your mandible upswings and gets a free ride forward so you need to move the maxilla a less amount to achieve sufficient mandible length.
2) The CCW-rotated position of the maxilla reduces the “fullness” at the centre of the philthrum that you usually get with linear advancement.

Be careful about wishing for a high lefort 1. That often can cause the chimp lip appearance the most, as the infraorbital are still left behind. Gunson doesn’t use HA paste to the paranasal region for this very reason - he says fullness at this area doesn’t give a good aesthetic.
