what i’ve done today is eat the kilo of meat i ate yesterday, and removed the eggs and butter today. i will see if i gain or lose weight from that then adjust adjust accordingly. im hoping ill remain the same since with the eggs and butter i went up 0.2

i tried eating 2 chocolate bars (200g chocolate galaxy) before gym and cardio (hour gym, hour cardio) which was like 120g of carbs from pure sugar basically, i don’t think im bloated today. could be because i burnt it all, either way i feel better in low/no carb so ill continue that, but it was good workout fuel

Pure sugar (mainly in the form of sucrose, fructose and glucose) is at least converted in the liver to glycogen instead of instant glucose entering your bloodstreams and causing a energy fluctuation instantly leading to cancer cells feeding of your juicy glucose.
Your lifestyle seems to be the most stressing on your body, from cardio to lifting weights, it seems futile if your goal is for health which i assume is ? You can still lift weights and do cardio even in a ketosis state, you just need to up the intake of fats such as butter and high fatty ruminant meats so i don’t see the actual necessary reason to be even consuming any source of carbohydrate because all of them regardless which one is the healthiest source turn into sugars which then your cancer cells love to feed off and spike your body’s inflammatory system to go clean up all that damage it’s doing in your body. I also want you to look into the randle cycle which goes into full depth of why eating any carbohydrates is not good relative to using fats as a energy source, as far as making your diets more variation to not get bored, add in different types of cuts of steaks and add more organs besides just liver such as kidney’s, heart, tongue, brain and lungs (if you eat all 5 of those organs that cost under $10 you are essentially hitting all your daily nutrients in one day with 0.5 ounce servings of them daily).yeah, maybe small consumption of pure sugar before workout may be ideal for fuel and if burnt not cause bloating.
got any suggestions on making low/now carb diet more interesting to eat? i’m always eating eggs and just ground been 80/20 as burger pattys or just minced.
also if i do hard gym session and 30-45mins cardio can i remove all carb bloat from previous day.
