Beef tallow is confusing

some reasearch says it blocks up pores and other research says it completely cures spots and acne. Genuinely confused and questioning if it reacts differently to different people. pls tell me if i should use it

It can do both depending on the person and the formula. i think you should use it, just choose a non-comedogenic, lightweight sunscreen and patch-test. it won’t cure acne but it helps prevent dark marks and protects your skin.(Mark this as a solution pls)

Rubbing oil on your for acne is not gonna be effective your better off using a studied skincare product.
