I was like 102 kg, and now I'm at 98kg, I've just started my diet, and i was about to go the waterfasting route ( horrible idea )
But after two days and 18 hours ( 66 hours ) of waterfasting, i quit the idea, and switched to a "one meal a day" diet
I feel really good in this diet, the waterfasting is really hard, back in 19 august last year i used to be like 110kg, and i went from 110kg to 90kg in 2 months, i was waterfasting for 3 days weekly, 800 to 1200 calories on the regular four days of the week
On All days i was jogging 45 minutes
Losing 2.5kg each week
After two months i felt exhausted, exactly around late-mid October 2025, and i started binge eating
Gaining all of the weight i lost in 2 months, in the span of 7 to 8 months, from November to june last month
