impossible for me to stop beers and alcohol as I socialcirclemaxxed since 2022.

was 28% bodyfat in early 2024 and manage to lose 6kg and I'm at 22% bodyfat now.
I can't get lean because i do like 1000+ calories for beverage only on a night out.

I can't stop alcohol otherwise I become too non NT and depressed in the bar so I cut very slowly.
