So hard to find a good doctor in USA for male lip filler, or any type of filler.
I went to one who took me (Doctor was a certain type of people… won’t say specifics) and he just gave me shitty Kardashian lips

Just do the filler yourself, it's not that hard. If it goes wrong, you can always dissolve it I did masseter botox, it was actually kinda interesting.

As discussed before (https://looksmax.org/threads/is-thi...enio-jaw-angle-fillers.1748978/#post-24757718) : go ahead with the otoplasty. Highest ROI for you at this point. On par with a lip flip (give it a try too).
Both cheap & safe procedures that may be more aesthetically impactful than a bimax (in your case).
If you want to discuss the possibility of a bimax : send a proper side profile picture — unlike the one from your previous topic. Based on the pictures you have posted so far, I don't think a bimax is a relevant lead, but perhaps you hide your flaws well.

After I got it done one person I know said I “looked different” but couldn’t figure it out.
Scar isn’t noticeable at all. Never received a comment
I don’t really care anymore either way. I just tell people I had surgery. Coming up with lies about losing weight or functional surgery is dumb and autistic. Just say you got surgery

Btw does your forehead / skin feel different, like more tension? Does it stretch out the forehead skin and reduce wrinkles?
