So hard to find a good doctor in USA for male lip filler, or any type of filler.

I went to one who took me (Doctor was a certain type of people… won’t say specifics) and he just gave me shitty Kardashian lips

Thin lips are a masc trait. They are a flaw but there’s a certain pheno of Chad that has shitty lips.

Just do the filler yourself, it's not that hard. If it goes wrong, you can always dissolve it I did masseter botox, it was actually kinda interesting.

Both cheap & safe procedures that may be more aesthetically impactful than a bimax (in your case).

If you want to discuss the possibility of a bimax : send a proper side profile picture — unlike the one from your previous topic. Based on the pictures you have posted so far, I don't think a bimax is a relevant lead, but perhaps you hide your flaws well.

After I got it done one person I know said I “looked different” but couldn’t figure it out.

I told people too but larped that it was a medical necessity.

Btw does your forehead / skin feel different, like more tension? Does it stretch out the forehead skin and reduce wrinkles?
