Growing my hair out long and doing the one meal a day diet around 1200 kcal per day.
Will lose around 12kg and hopefully be below 8% bodyfat. Currenttly weighing 80 kg

Heres a photo of when i was lean with longer hair. I have more muscle mass and bigger head now. I should look better then this when i get lean again.
