Begginers Ultimate Guide For Using tretinoin!

Hey! Today ill be sharing a guide on how to use tretinoin! Rep me if you find it helpful!!


Tretinoin

If you are a beginner i recommend to use tretinoin 0.025 as It is a very powerful Retinoid Use it 2-3 times a week

Benefits-Collagen will improve,Increased cell turnover,anti aging,reduced wrinkles and acne scars,Healthy skin,Glow,Will fix years of sun damage

CONS-IF GUIDE NOT FOLLOWED PROPERLY CAN CAUSE SKIN PEELING HARD IRRITATION ITCHING AND DRYNESS

Firstly you will Be needing 1-Tretinoin 2-A good moisturizer 3-SPF 50+ Sunscreen

1-Now At Night time before sleeping you will Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and after 20mins of completely drying your skin

2-You will apply moisturizer on your face AND LET IT ABSORB FOR 2 MINUTES

3-then take a Pea Sized Amount of tretinoin And Apply it on your face except your eye area

4-APPLY Another layer of moisturizer on your face

5-After all this wait an 30-45 mins and wash your face then gradually keep increasing the time intensity week by week until you can handle it for the whole night for the first time use it 2-3 times a week then increase it to 4-5 times after some weeks

NOTE:-EVERY MORNING DONT FORGET TO APPLY SPF 50+ SUNSCREEN WHEN GOING OUT OR EVEN INSIDE HOME IF YOU DONT DO THIS IT CAN CAUSE DRYNESS IRRITATION AND ITCHING

Yes it would but just do the sandwich method until your skin can handle it
