Is it possible?

Providing that I'm working out to death ofc.

Bump tbh

yeah ofc it's possible,
beginners always get muscle very easy and very fast, although they don't care about their diet

after some time when you hit a plateau,
make sure you get in a caloric surplus

you can still fast, but make sure you are still in a caloric surplus

Imo if you are wanting to gain muscle you keep yourself at around 15% bodyfat at least unless your body is already under that and you don't go restriction crazy. I did a real high protein diet years ago and it appeared to me by messing with it if I did more of a daily calorie deficit than say 1,100 calories I had a hard time gaining and it even sometimes wanted to deplete strength with a deficit higher than that. Steroids may be an exception but I never did take them.

Well of course you need a certain threshold of nutritional intake to build muscle effectively, but this can be done while intermittent fasting. Make sure you eat enough protein, and try to schedule your meals so you have one soon after working out. Unless you're a very hard gainer, you should have no problems. Although as you begin building muscle, your metabolism will speed up and your body will require more calories, so eventually long fasts will be harder to maintain.

no , however there are other benefits to working out in a fasted state , and it s better if done in a high fat low carb diet since your body will rely on fats while fasting , you want to be fat adapted .
