Beginner LOOKSMAXXING SOFTMAX BASICS, very simple not too far in detail

If you’re new and overwhelmed by all the threads, here’s the no bullshit starter pack. Focus on these 5-6 things first and you’ll see real changes in 1-3 months. Consistency > perfection. You can always become more intricate later. SERIOUS LM DONT CRITIQUE THIS ITS NOT MADE FOR YOU


1. Skincare (Most Important Softmaxx)

• Cleanse twice a day with a gentle cleanser


• Moisturize morning and night


• Sunscreen every morning (SPF 30+)


• Optional but strong: Introduce retinol slowly at night


Clear skin gives an instant boost. Bad skin holds you back more than most things.


2. Grooming & Hair

• Get a proper haircut that suits your face shape (research or ask a good barber) mod cut is always a good bet


• Trim facial hair neatly (or clean shave if it doesn’t grow well)


• Shape eyebrows if growth is extreme, if not don’t touch


• Whiten teeth with strips or basic methods


3. Tongue and body Posture

• Shoulders back, chest up, chin slightly tucked. Stand and sit tall.


• Mew: Keep tongue pressed on the roof of your mouth as much as possible. Maintain suction.

• Fix forward head posture – this sharpens your jaw and neck area.


4. Fitness & Body

• Lift weights 3-4x per week for beginners add volume as much as you can handle (squats, deadlifts, bench, rows, pull-ups) for started


• Aim for visible leanness (~12-15% body fat)


• High protein diet, control calories higher carbs and maintain fats for hormones, use calorie calculator to get baseline.


5. Style Basics


• Wear clothes that actually fit your body (tailor if needed)


• Choose neutral colors that match your skin tone


• Keep shoes clean and appropriate


• Simple watch or minimal accessories


Daily Routine Example:


• Morning: Skincare + sunscreen, posture check


• Eat protein-rich meals


• Gym or activity


• Evening: Skincare, practice posture


Take weekly progress photos in the same lighting/angle to track changes.
