This. You need to be kind and patient, selfish and an asshole. All whenever the right attitude benefits you in life.

Holding open a door or helping an old lady cross a street takes 0 effort and doesn't even really help anyone, but normies around you will see you as a 'kind and warm person' and value you for that.

Meanwhile if you were to be an asshole and ignore someone that only needs a minor, irrelevant amount of help, it will reflect poorly upon you in the eyes of normies.

At the same time there's requests and ways to help people that cost a lot of time and effort, and don't give such easy appreciation/love from normies. Never do this shit and give excuses.

There will also be ways to backstab someone or take advantage of someone in a moment of weakness, always do this because it's an easy way to get a lot of benefit for yourself.
