imagine you are 5,5 at that point your only option is double LL in the femur and tibia, if you are 5,7 femur, and for what? you are going to be normie height having spent 100k on the double surgery + 8 months of recovery for each LL surgery

bad eye area is also one of the hardest things to fix, what fuking surgery can fix this?

meanwhile, a bad jaw and bad nose can be fixed more easily, and the core of most ascensions have been achieved due to an extreme improvement in lower third(of course wille improving other aspects but the lower third is the main), example:

It’s so bad that some surgeons won’t even consider doing eye area fillers anymore since they concluded that they completely don’t work. I guess we can just be thankful that there’s so many ways to improve our jaw/maxilla
