But that surgery is so unrealistic to me, it means hustling for years, or even decades, and then blowing those savings away on this whilst everyone else goes on vacations or buys a house etc. Secondly it’s painful, very time consumptive and the long term health effects are still unknown. Can't do much about that tho. I blame it on being fat and a manlet during childhood which is genetic. Eventually, it all comes down to genetics, not only the way you actually look, but more importantly the way you perceive yourself.
Therapy has never helped me, good therapists that actually empathize have been a rarity in my experience at least. Yeah been my experience, they usually try and gaslighting you out of heightpill. It takes the best therapists to actually engage with your feelings and not try and dismiss them
