if you want the best angularity you need implants for zygos , hard to recreate the same angularity with fillers you'll be bloated soon with constant use but you can always dissolve ofc so both options are decent depends if you are willing to get constantly touch ups with fillers or not. One thing is that implants come with much more risk and if you don't like them for any reason it will be a pain in the ass to deal with

For jaw you just need small implants actually, if you look at any CT, they don't have extremely flared gonions, just a bit flared, then the muscles aka masseters play the big part.

The good results usually aren't on the internet to see.

Yes easier and more performed procedures have a higher level of success, but take into consideration that anything could still happen, even if it is performed 1000 times, there's no surgeon without botches, the one's who don't have any should not be trusted or they just started (this excludes the requests of patients).

For a reliable ascension, you need to forget your goals you want to reach most of the times since many of them are not possible and risky (bad ROI and many more), go for something realistic and conservative and always take in mind that a botch is possible, even if it's a tooth extraction, bone graft or anything like that.

About giant, the red flag about him is that he calls himself perfect, a good surgeon/designer doesn't call himself the best of the best and also talks about risks and his past botches (depends on how many botches) , this is also a surgeon you can trust.

The key is to just ascend few things and don't think about the rest, know when to stop and always do semi conservative moves, a failed expectation is better than a botched face wich can't be fixed anymore.

In 4-5 years we'll be saying different stuff, remember even trimax was considered crazy to do for aesthetics not that long ago. It's dangerous and risky now because it's a relatively new concept and if you do it now you're basically the guinea pig for surgeons and designers to practice their craft.. but eventually they WILL get good, and surgeons around the world will hop on the bandwagon and make it safer and more reputable, cuz they want autist looksmaxxer money.

If you actually want to ascend safely and without being botched. You want to play with the surgeries that are regularly performed and have a high reliability. For example with a rhinoplasty, some things are possible but not regularly performed which makes it risky. Doing a leforte 2+ and obo is not done regularly so the risk is not worth it. Even paranasal with rhino is not performed often so its risky to get a good result. Doing jaw implants is risky because not many surgeon do it and is good with it. (If it was good many good results would be out there)

Its basically just logic, the more rare the surgery the higher the botch rate as their are no data on it and recalibrating from surgeons. Sure you can allways hope and be the "test case" but is it worth it?

I think for a good and reliable ascension you want to look at before and after from common procedures and play with those as your cards on hand and do the best possible with those.

And allways know that a surgeon who doesnt have result on their website or socials is hiding something and is not proud of their result. This is not true all the time but most of the time. Thats why giant is red flag for example. Its like a good looking dude wouldn't hide behind his screen and not show himself if people asked for it, esp if it is a relevant and important situation.

But the thing is i think no guy is ugly enough that doing the normal and commonly done surgeries like fat graft, rhino, infras, maybe jaw implants, normal bimax, cantho, lower eyelid repair, bleoh, genio, genio glossus, chin implant, brow lift, braces, segmental, fme cant ascend enough

Trimax is just bimax with genioplasty. Most of good surgeons do it all the time.

Implants are kinda still rare though, I found only maybe 2-3 supra implants results on internet.
