Yeah I am 5'9 I got long legs. Lifts make it even worse. Its like I was supposed to be 6 foot but then my spine decided to fuck off. At least my arms are long too.

Why so much variation in your measurements? Sitting height is pretty easy to measure. I’m not sure what the ideal sitting height/height ratio is. I think it’s sitting height being 48% of standing height. With your height at 5’8.5 and 88cm sitting height your ratio is 49.5% so a little short for your height. If yours is 91cm or more your torso is pretty tall
