Being alone after an invasive osteotomy

Is the post-op of a chin wing very painful? Is it a bad idea to fly to another country and do all this alone? I have to do all this alone, I'm a little scared. Can anyone with Chin wing surgery give me a testimony? thank you all

if you're alone in another country friends or family will not expect to see you too often, so waiting alone for it to heal will not be too suspicious
