I legit train for armwrestling strength specifically So the strongest guy in my school can’t even beat me in armwrestling
Imagine being much skinnier and smaller and still beating guys who are the strongest. thats like huge boost in attractiveness, not only in attractiveness because you also you get lot of respect from other guys as well

Only really helps if you've got a deficiency in HGH, doesn't let you surpass your genetic potential as far as I'm concerned.
A lot of these people weren't deficient

My wrist is giga weak compared to bicep. So I got no choice.

If growth plates are open, hgh use and ai have shown to cause growth even in people not deficient, look at osie's post in that thread for just a few examples

That is just a cope people say to feel better about losing

Work on your wrist. good bicep is nice but if you have weak wrist bicep doesn’t matter as much.
Flop press uses triceps more, i would recommend you start doing cupping exercises and wrist curls

Already do wirst curls and raises. Any tips on reps and sets?

Also gonna add pronation exercises

I wouldn’t recommend going too heavy.
start by lower weight but more reps, Then increase the weight until you can do about 6-8 reps.
Do not do full ROM start from neutral to cupping position because you are not gonna be able to take their wrist from flop wrist anyway

i beat my 6'5 gym maxing friend during a period where i ate 1500 at most (i was starve maxed against my will cuz of college life)
i still beat him now

Some guys are weak at armwrestling even tho they are strong in other lifts.
Mainly because they have weak wrists or pronator

Ofcourse my wrists are like you size aswell.
Wrist can grow if you train for armwrestling enough wolfs law

im literally wristcel idk what kind of strenght is that i never got beaten and im not strong

Some guys are weak at armwrestling even tho they are strong in other lifts.
Mainly because they have weak wrists or pronator
the technique depends some back assistance and shoulders that's optimal with a good frame
though his frame is really bad though girls lust over him
