My bodyfat % is going down week by week, I run 7 times a week and do bodyweight 5 times a weekwater is wet i know
but holy shit even the smallest change in bodyfat % makes a huge difference
i went from 10% to like 14-15% and lost zygos definition and my jawline isnt as good as before and i went from several girl approached a year to barley getting iois nowadays while bulking
