I live in a student dorm with a 6'5 lanklet normie who is extremely thin/lean all year round. Abs showing, etc despite having 0 muscle and never working out.

This guy has soup for dinner and nothing else, and cant even finish his soup because his body tells him he's 'full'.

Every day I see what he eats for lunch/dinner, etc. and this guy basically eats nothing. jfl. He barely even eats.

meanwhile I can eat an entire boar and still keep on eating and not feel full.

It's all genetic

u dont need any willpower, nothing, if ur body just tells you, you are full despite only having a soup for dinner lol. tutorial mode

I cant gain weight for shit bro

getting lean is easy af for me cause I don’t have an appetite and get full easily

blessing and a curse tbh, I like being able to hold fat off but gaining muscle is a pain in the ass

at a low Bodyweight like me (130lbs/58kg) you are extremely vulnerable

It’s all about ghrelin, the hormone that along with leptin controls appetite and the feeling of fullness. If you naturally have higher than normal levels of ghrelin production, you will always overeat and are predisposed to be overweight

While someone with naturally low ghrelin is completely fine with barely any food. It also has ties to dopamine

I have a lot of muscle naturally tbh, also have good natty T-levels.

Helps with getting respect from guys but girls don't like it. lean=girls

JFL I only eat once a day and I'm still 69kg. Nothing changes.

I used to do competitive rowing. 6x 90mins of heavy cardio per week.

And I was still fat asf lmao.

i don't consider rowing like leanmaxxing tbh. i understand the fatigue but you gotta move with your whole body not only upper body

Rowing is 2/3 legs, 1/3 core/back/arms. U should try it, it's the best form of cardio there is because it targets the entire body. (but mainly legs still)

Genetic is a component but how much depends I get the impression for allot of guys you had weak people in your family tree that’s why you are weak with 0 muscle mass pussies come from a family of pussies

Yes there is some genetic component to obesity but that only for 5% of the people. For 95% of people it's a choice.
 
Idk, I would probably say that I'm lean since I'm a 184cm manlet and 69kg isn't a lot of weigh.

I already stated in my OP a clear example of a guy that will NEVER be fat in the current environment due to nothing else than his body/genes. How could it ever be 5% only? makes no sense
