This is my 1.5 month gear transformation + progress. Mid June 2026 vs late July 2026. I started at 6' 150lbs and gained ~21lbs, now sitting at 171 in the morning.

300-350g p
50-70g f
450-550g c

Got on 500mgs of teste, .25mg rimmy daily

To get all the protein+carbs i drink 1.5 gal of skim milk daily.

drink everything, 1.5 Gal os skim milk, i drink 2, 100 gram rice shakes + another 8oz chicken shake, also I drink 6 eggs w milk and honey for breakfast.

Not useless, you just won't get that big/huge as natty, you won't have that huge round capped delt, full upper pecs look etc! If you enjoy steroids then go for it. For me my maxxing hair and not taking risks in thar area, clear skin and anti-aging(I am soon oldcel now) and big balls and massive loads are more important so I am staying natty even though I admit roiding could be fun.

Also I think you looked good even as natty. But yeah for being big/huge then natty is "useless", any guy that wants to be huge should take roids. That's how it is. Laugh at guys that are natty and are afraid and "don't want to get too big", that is cope.

why eat 300g protein, doesnt make sense, youre protein synthesis is the same as in with 170g
