Being ND is worst thing that can happen to a human. How disgusting and selfish my parents had to be to make me? How can someone just do that to their child i have to poison myself with drugs 24/7 to hold any conversation with other human being. Hopefully everyone including me hops on insane ammount of steroids so we are infertile and no more ND childs are born ever again. Its impossible to live like that.

A good therapist could unironically help as they can teach to see the blindspots and patterns that led to your worldview getting fucked up and staying thag way

Therapy + SSRIs was the best money I ever spent, way better than cheek implants or jaw filler I got
