Long ago I have grown tired of constantly using filler words such as "fuck", " tbh", "jfl", etc.
They just don't contribute anything to a text and are nothing but annoying.
Same goes for " filler slang" in real life.
Even something like swearing and insulting becomes much more entertaining when you restrict yourself from resorting to NSFW words.
Just try to not use these filler words, trust me it will feel great. You will put more concious effort into what you write/say and it will be much more interesting to read for others.
