Had to drop back to 150 test as per coach advice.

I literally didn't even go to the gym today, almost zero point training on 150 mg

Before I used to blast for 3 months and then barely train the rest of the year, eat crap, drink, party, etc and maintained 250 pounds at 15% bf.

Just asked my coach if I can blast again soon

Just cruise on 250 and dont tell him. Its not allot but you can still get gains and only way it should change your bloodwork is by making HDL drop a tiny bit more.

The only time I ran 250 was in a 1000 calorie deficit to preserve muscle on a cut. On a bulk 250 feels totally useless no different than 150 mg.

I blast at 500-600 mg for reference

I've seen guys much worse than this at my gym utter subhumans with terrible genetics and NW3-4 coping with creatine and preworkout

I'm 6'5 250 pounds former rugby player...But your right I would do that but my coach wants me to focus on "strength building" and other athleticism so that I can get more out of my next blast

a cruise is actually op if ur smart about your training and diet, given u dont stop training , your still in a whole nother league compared to your average normie , remember they probably have low t and dont know jack shit about training or exercise selection

your still going to make 10x more gains than a natrual . A blast just makes u superhuman but not worth the risks and sides of pushing a big cycle

I agree but 500-600 test with Dut, RU58841, Telmisartan, Citrus Bergamot/COQ10 for lipids has very low risk of health issues if managed well and diet is good.

250 is a waste its neither TRT nor cycle. Follow r/steroids advice and blast at 500 test. The goal of your first cycle is to understand how your body metabolizes estrogen and that's easiest to do on a dose like 500. Have Aromasin on hand and add 6.25 mg on pin days and increase if needed.

I would drop the LGD and HCG, on a cycle injectables and long chain esthers like enanthate are what will build 90% of your keepable gains. Orals/SARMS are ok for mild nutrient partitioning, hardening, density etc but they are more visual rather than anabolic.

Long chain esthers + lots of food + training to failure is what puts on size.

I cruised it (250mg-300mg) for 7 years straight (with blasts in between in that time obv) because I was scared of losing gains lol. You guys are lucky that there is so much more info now.

Also did you notice longer u were on u become more tolerant to sides? I can mess around with hormones and have my injection frequency all over the place and get no sides now.

The biggest thing that stopped all sides from AAS for me was using Aromasin and adjusting to my test dose.

For a while I coped thinking I should only use an AI if I get puffy nips but dosing like 12.5 mg on pin days removes almost all sides for me.

But I only blast with test and var

The reason I don't use 250 is Id rather let my lipids recover on cruise and then do a proper blast

Yeah eat 4-5k calories 200 g protein daily minimum get strong on compound movements, practice sprinting, do lots of conditioning work like sled push etc.

Does 250mg effect ur lipids bad? Mine are basically the same between 250 and 150. Tbh only reason im not using 250mg now is I dont wanna get heavier again since im 30 now. Or u mean u just want them as dialed as possible because the anavar will drop ur hdl bad when added in ur blast?

I also feel a lot better mentally and sex drive wise on 150 my e2 feels perfect there

Yeah I can feel it when I up my dose to 250mg though for sure and maybe I felt in a slightly worse mood then usual in the first couple of weeks after dropping down to 150mg from 250-300mg cruise that lasted all that time. Cant tell you how it compares to when I was natty if thats what your asking because havent been natural for nearly 10 years at this point.
