If you are skinnyfat then you have shit genetics and will always look like garbage.

Skinnyfat is a bodytype and not the result of bad diet or lack of exercise as most of the retards on bodybuilding.com think. It basically means you have shit proportions and that you have big hips and low test which means you get plenty of fat in your stomach and ass area but not that much muscle or fat in the upper body. This results in a reverse V shape of sorts that looks utterly horrible on men.

Many skinnyfats have pointed this out on forums like bodybuilding.com but the retards there don't even know what it means and think that skinnyfat just means being skinny and fat where as in reality it's actually a entire bodytype. If you are skinnyfat it's over for you. It's questionable if even face could save you if you are skinnyfat because it looks so terrible.

Exactly. It all ends up around my stomach and ass. But at least my bubble butt looks good in skinny jeans, tho.

Proportions are EVERYTHING. Losing weight doesn't mean shit if you have shit proportions. If you store fat mostly around your stomach and hips while also having a narrow upper body/frame then you will ALWAYS look like utter shit.

yeah this is autism. people vary in both test levels, body fat distribution and skeletal proportions and you could say there is a group of people that low rolled in all 3 but this is low part of population. this is not an excuse not to work out or lose weight. some people have to work harder than others but MOST people can get there despite circumstances

What OP is really saying is that if you have Klinefelters syndrome you really can't fix the wide hips and natural tendency of your body to want to start storing fat in the wrong places.

Skinny fat can be cured but your hips cannot be too wide or you'll look like the guy above.

Losing weight is in itself a massive boost to facial and bodily aesthetics, and EVERYONE can lose weight. If you're at 10% bodyfat with good muscle mass and still look like shit then it's over. But realistically only ~1% or less of the population is like that.

We are the products of modern living from the last few hundred years. Our bodies are not designed for huge amounts of processed carbs..

We should be eating meat, nuts, and vegetables and doing A LOT of exercises a day.

Of course, it never your fault, Chad was born perfect and eats just sweets but has a body 100 times better than yours. Now for you retard: Skinny fat is caused by losing weight without training your muscles. Muscles burn more calories than fat so your body tries to burn muscles instead of fat if you are starving (aka cutting/calorie restriction). If you work your muscles while cutting, your body thinks your muscles are necessary for survival so its starts using fat as fuel. 99% of all skinny fat people were fat and than dieted down without weightlifting. There is not one single person who become skinny fat without gaining fat/eating too much in the first place. Its hard to fix skinny fat syndrome but saying that its caused by genetics is retarded af. Stop coping start doing something fatty.
