A. your teeth should be positioned like this making full contact except the front two incisors.
B. when you hang pull upwards to add more force (150-200 lg total) u can either pull on the door handle or grab on the doors ledge
C. the belt should be hanging off of a door like this

BITE down fully so the force transits into the bone instead of the teeth.


Routine
10s hang (no pulling with hands) 10s break x 5 - this is to warm up your masseters.
10s pulling maximum force 30s break x 30

maxillary midface orr????? im intrested
i have some pics, older threads, changes look dramtic if u look at them. obv could be soft tissue changes cuz ive been gaining alot of weight, so wait 4 months. only "definitive proof" i can give is bite changes, premolars make more contact and pressure.
