I do 27 reps x 72.5 kg and still I cannot get laid

My stimated RM IS 130 kg.

(27 reps x 72.5 kg x 0.03) + 72.5 kg

Bench grows every chest part. I combine It with dips/declinate press + incline dumbell press + pec deck

exactly. only good bench press is incline one. I couldnt figure out what exactly is wrong with my physique until my coach pointed out that my upper chest looks weak and i should work on it, so now i stopped doing normal bench press completly and switched to incline.
David laid and alex eubank agrees that incline is much better

I just do incline smith press and flat DB press and feel way better than when I used to bench

Yeah but I care more of strength over aesthetics
 
I have lanklet arms. My reach is 6'4 and I still bench press more than you.
My bodyweight is 75 kg. I compite with myself not with other people.

My reach IS 5'7" btw, same as height
 
why is everyone pretedning like u cant do both incline and normal shit

All it takes is one pete davidson lookalike who never hit the gym but is tall to steal her from that manlet
 
its the worst exercise anyways. most shoulder injuries come from this bullshit

if u rly want to bench, at least use dumbbells
