If you've been lifting for a year with only couple reps then yeah

If you've only been lifting for a couple of months or half a year its pretty good progress

For either person that should be relatively easy even as an average strength genetics person. My best friend is a skinny ectomorph who barely ever goes to the gym and gets strength mogged by many people and even he comes back and warms up with 80kg lifts on bench.

I bench 43 kg
95lbs

Sounds like you're talking shit tbh

80kg warm up for skinny ectomorhps sounds larp af, I know a lot of big guys who don't even push 90kg bench on a regular

tbh yeah, also it takes time to grasp the right form, when you manage to do that, your numbers skyrocket, after couple months of lifting I got to like 70 kg, but after learning good form it skyrocketed to 135 kg in 1.5 years

Yeah its best to start light and perfect your form tbh, once you get your balance right on heavy lifts you can push hard af

Then you just know a lot of weak people.

Tightening my core made my bench numbers raise high, really gotta be tight to get those reps in.
