I am very high above the reccomended range in vitamine A i am 33x the reccomended range 105x for b12 8x for iron and zinc and 13 for choline rest idc

Ur prob getting meat that isnt fresh off the animal or days old cows lol liver smells like metal and kinda nothing only when u put it on ur nose taste also nothing. The masses just dont eat it bcus of thinking “omg im eating a organ” or the texture.
