sub 10 percent BF is unhealthy and miserable to maintain

just retain 10, its more than enough for bones and muscle definition.

Probably gomad would work better... semi-solid food/high protein keeps u satiated
One meal u will be starving whole day.... whats wrong with a normal diet 3-6 meals... which is proven to work

OMAD is really good for most people except people who have very high protein/calorie requirements like elite athletes and bodybuilders. But if you just want an easy way to stay ripped year round it's probably the best.

OMAD didn't work for me but mostly because of my lifestyle. if you are sedentary yes it makes way harder to not be on a calorie deficit
