i sleep 12 hours long is it good?
that’s rather excessive I think 8-9 hours is ideal for most people but if you’re built like uvogin and or as long as you’re well rested then it may be fine, could be beneficial, or could be a detriment, I rlly don’t know

Why would you sleep better?
imagine someone is hugging you while you sleep, you feel protected and secure, it’s like the concept of being tucked in like a baby

No. Long sleep duration indicates low sleep quality.
yeah but with the long sleep wouldnt you still make more growth hormone

but you wake up being tired though sometimes

just put a couple plates on a regular blanket to try. though I can't imagine why it'd give better sleep :feelshah:

In my experience it stays put on the bed better. Sometimes you wake up with normal blankets and they are rolled up/balled up on the corner of the bed, barely even touching you. Weighted blankets stay on top of you better.
