What is the most effective 2-day gym split for maximizing hypertrophy if I only train twice per week? I want a simple split routine that produces the fastest and best visual results possible JFL
2 times upper body? or should I try something different?

Full body split anything else wont work if you only workout twice a week

bro what I meant was my other (sport) discipline, I have to train 2x weekly + want to hit the gym retard
even so I doubt you will get good results. Full body would be more logical for you to do

why not 2x upper, fbw is aight but I hate legs ofc JFL:lul:
nah youll start to like doing legs after some time. I just think you will have plenty of time for recovery, thats why I think fb will suit you. you can do 2x upper but I feel like you would be wasting your time low-key. since youre already at the gym why now do full body

You atleast have to hit them once per week or else you'll look supper out of proportion even despite legs being a "non female gaze" muscle if that's your idea.

Just don’t be a pussy and train atleast 3 times a week. Best tipp I can give you is train till failure don’t lie to yourself if you don’t want it hard enough you won’t get it.

after reading the responses I'll try to but it'll be hard, I've talked to my gymcel friends and they told me 2x is aight but I guess 3x is ideal JFL. What 3x Split what you do?

I’m advanced in like gym knowledge I would say and I have good arm genetics that’s why I do a 4 split with focus on my arms you also ofc can do it without legs then it’s just a 3 split: Chest shoulder / back / arms / (Legs)
I tried many and have friends that tried more and the best for getting stronger and bigger in our opinion is this split. Don’t fall for the upper lower propaganda
