I think your best choices are:
Tramadol: slippery slope - it’s basically a very weak opioid. One of my good friends uses this as an alternative to alcohol. You’re getting the euphoria from the opium, and you won’t look like shit. Your inhib is basically non-existent on this stuff
Like I said though, it IS an opioid, so if you have good self discipline I wouldn’t worry about addiction
Weed: self explanatory. I wouldn’t call it a major looksmin. Just stay on top of skincare and you’re goood
MDMA - perfect “tweaking” drug. You’ll feel amazing, and you space out uses for a minimum of 2-3 months so it’s semi sustainable if you stick to that rule
