I'm currently dealing with moderate deep, cystic acne. You can see my rating posts here if you wanna see it. I looked into tret and benzoyl peroxide, as some of u have suggested, but I'm not really the biggest fan of the side effects. Post research, I landed on Adagel mixed with a moisturiser as a solution and that it would work aswell, even if not as good.

My question is, do I do that? Would it be good/ is it worth it? The products i found are in the attached screenshot.

Basically what I'm saying is that no, you should not take an alternative strictly because of side effects, if anything I would advice upgrading to isotretinoin (accutane).
Please mark as solution :02Woop:

How dry would you say? How bad is it affecting day-to-day stuff? Speech? Eating? Any issues with your eyes?

No eye issues. Lip dryness is at a Level where I have to put vaseline on them id say roughly every 2 Hours so very manageable

How is this a solution? You just told me to go straight back to tret, which I clearly stated not being comfortable with trying, and u just said deal with the side effects. My question was about whether these options I found were good alternatives or if there are better picks.

Well im saying youre a retard fuck you

Mainly the drying and the lips/eye stuff. That would actually be horrible 4 me.
eye is out of the question. having a good moisturizer which you already should will deal with the dryness. Lips can be dealt with by staying hydrated and applying aquaphor or vaseline. mark ME as a solution :) dont forget ur sunscreen.
