BEST CALORIE TO POTASSIUM RATIO:
1. Tomato paste
- Potassium-to-calorie ratio 34.15 mg potassium per calorie
2. Spinach (cooked)
- Potassium-to-calorie ratio: 24.26 mg potassium per calorie
