I think #3-#4 but since you don’t have full coverage yet you can shave under and around the lips to make it look cleaner that’s what I do.

Gotta use it every day and be patient. I got my first hairs growing after 20 days, serious growth after 5-6 months and 90% of coverage after a year and 3-4 months. (This was with liquid Minox, foam is much weaker).
