Telmisartan is also wonderful for countering left ventricular hypertrophy, high blood pressure. Also lowers water retention and mildly improves insulin sensitivity.
Cardio is another big hitter. Basicly mandatory on roids
Tadalafil is a nice thing to have for vascular health, but is likely redundant in the precence of the items above. Becomes more of a quality of life thing with improved pumps and boners.
