does anybody know some good bmr calculators? I've tried different ones and they all have a standard deviation of around 300

Just try one and adjust. If it says 2800 then eat that for 1 week and track your weight every single morning. If it goes down then your maitenance is more than 2800. If it goes up then it's less.
