Late response but I'm gonna respond for anyone that's still here. During adolescence you really shouldn’t be dropping below ~15% body fat, going too lean can mess with hormones and slow growth. D3 + K2 is fine if you’re low on it, but it won’t suddenly boost height unless you were deficient to begin with.
