Best body fat % during puberty? and help with supplements

I'm talking about best body fat % for hormones and overall wellbeing, and if it is worth it to get vitamin d3 + k2 supplements to maximize height.

Late response but I'm gonna respond for anyone that's still here. During adolescence you really shouldn’t be dropping below ~15% body fat, going too lean can mess with hormones and slow growth. D3 + K2 is fine if you’re low on it, but it won’t suddenly boost height unless you were deficient to begin with. Go to you're doctor to get your blood done, but again if you're not deficent it wouldn't matter. :eek:
