What bodyfat percentage is best for hormonal production (T and gh) if you are a teenager? I'm tryna cut down but i don't want to get down to a point which is too lean and im fucking malnourished so lmk. whatever research i did online says 10-15 percent is best?

10-15% or 12-15% is the sweet spot
under 10 esp as a teen tanks T, shit sleep and no energy
