just chew chicken bones. I broke 3 wisdom teeth but my jaw grew 2 inches in the course of a few years.

Falim is cheap and effective, the Jawliner Facial Fitness Chewing Gum has a much better taste (I have used the mint flavor) and feels a little harder than Falim, but is more expensive. I have not tried mastic gum. Since 7 August 2022 the food additive E171, i.e. titanium dioxide, will not be regarded as safe in the EU (it causes cancer) and will be banned, but both the Falim and Jawliner gums contain it now. I guess that at least the Jawliner gum will be updated to remove it, given that Jawliner is a German company.

Chew a lot of them together with water it makes the bogus hard. That's a known trick.
