For those of you who are like me and hate cardio because of high cortisol levels. Start doing incline treadmill 10 incline 3.5 speed. In an hour you’ll burn 500 calories. I know 500 calories in an hour is average but trust me you don’t feel a single thing through out. Incline treadmill to imitate climbing a mountain JFL
