For those of you who are like me and hate cardio because of high cortisol levels. Start doing incline treadmill 10 incline 3.5 speed. In an hour you’ll burn 500 calories. I know 500 calories in an hour is average but trust me you don’t feel a single thing through out. Incline treadmill to imitate climbing a mountain JFL

Yes swimming is elite too, apparently long term swimming will gradually increase your clavicles if you are 25 or below
 
swimming is peak cardio
i wanna get into that ive took swimming lesson as a kid but i stopped and im on 1g sustanon cycle rn
any advice ? do I just pull up to the city's pool and swim 50meters over and over again ?
 
i have a heated pool so i swim year round and when its cold even better more calories burned and cold water is just good for skin in general
