Depends your skin tone. But i wouldn't go anything too noticeable. If you're that brown guy, go for some golden glow cc concealer.
In fact concealer are pretty much always noticeable. Go for a bright under eye corrector.
But if i was you i would look for the cause of it.

It’s not big so to remove it will be a no brainer
You can try getting a small piece of cotton and drenching it in apple cider vinegar and tape it onto the spot. Doing that for 30 mins or more a day should remove/reduce it
